Winchester shot guns

I'm cleaning out my 91 year old Dad's basement because he has moved to a retirement home. I found the (3) Winchester shot guns listed below. Sure could use some help assigning value. A local guy offered $600 for them all. Seems a bit low to me. All are used but in well cared for condition.

    slightly low but not by much, the 1200 is a $200 gun, #2, if factory original would be a $600 gun, but condition and originalality is everthing. #3 if the poly is original maybe $500, but see the disclaimer on #2
