Help ... left hand bolt action
What left hand bolt actions are available for left handed shooters to use for long and especially the magnum lengths?
I am aware of the CZ 550 in the .375 H&H magnum. (Everything else they offer is the smaller stuff: the 452s and 527s.) I had hoped that they might have something that would go with the RUMs and things of similar ilk.
I had looked for the the 798 "Rems" LH but do not recall ever finding such an animal.
CZ even has actions alone available (great!) ... but only for the "other" hand (not so great!).
Are there other LH actions available for use to build?
What are other folks doing for LH shooters? (Not the auto, lever or pumps.)

[8] [:I] [:)] Just an update of sorts ... I might should have indicated that I have a well-earned respect for positive feed bolt actions subsequent to some real life threatening experiences. In other words, the LH bolt action that I am looking for, HAS to be ... a good, solid, dependable, smooth operating, positive-feed system ... like the Mauser 98 action, or better!
The rig would be used for many other things, but adequate for creaturs of the night! Thanks! [?] [:)] [:D]

oops cut myself off there,[:I],but a 700 LH is tough to beat if you have to have a bolt action. Why do you feel the need to have a bolt gun,the first shot is usually the best 0 -

Winchester has made mod 70 LH actions for the 375 H&H, also Montana, and Sako. Additionally Mauser had a LH model 3000, but I beleive they used an action made by Heym. 0 -
My 6.5-284 Win. was built on a Savage 116FL (Left hand) action by Sharp Shooter Supply. This rifle comes in 300 and 338 Win. Mag.. My rifle is capable of more accuracy than I am. It easily shoots .5 MOA or better when I concentrate and use correct techniques and I think it could do better in the hands of a better shot. I suggest you take a look at the Sharp Shooter Supply website http://www.sharpshootersupply.com/ to get an idea of the options and costs. I talked to them on the phone a couple of times and they were very helpful. One of the best things I got was a stock with an adjustable comb and adjustable for length (Because I'm tall). 0 -
