    unfortunately, the colt all american was never known for dependabilty. [:(]
    field strip it and clean all the old grease out, then lube it up and try again.
    while your in there, polish up the feed ramp.

    Wolf springs has a spring calibration pack.
    Go progressively lighter in your spring selection till you get reliable ejection, cocking and feeding. Stay with an ammunition brand and RNFMJ till you have the gun working properly.
    Do this after the gun is well lubed.
    After a lot of rounds have gone down range and the gun has loosened up, try going to a stronger spring to save on unnecessary battering of the frame and slide.
    If all this fails get back to us.

    Sell it to Judge Colt he is a great admirer of the 2000's. Thinks their the greatest thing since sliced bread.

    My Colt 2000 All American would not feed 115GR ammo at all. Try 124gr to 147GR ball and see if the problem clears.
