What are these tools ?
The box says they are made by Herters.
Are they worth anything ?

Good question. I don't remember those tool parts.
By the way the Herters trade name was purchased by Cabellas.
So far they are selling ammo under that name and will be including other products.
Someone there may have an old catalog.0 -
they are old HAND LOADING tools. much like the LEE hand loaders that you can buy today. not worth much. 0 -

Can you explain what each does?
I'm interested, as I don't see what does what with these. The short dies look like body mags.
Anyhow, give us a 'what for' if you will. I know they meant something, but the longer ones don't make a whole lot of sense.0 -
i am not sure without holding them in my hands. the short ones appear to be what would size the neck. the longer ones look(appear) like that is what would be used to seat the bullet, hence the threaded part. this is about the best i can do, without having them in my hands. hope this has helped. 260 0 -
Look like brass cartridge forming dies. 0
