Marlin lever action parts source?

I need the rear sight for a Marlin 1894C lever action, the folding semi-buckhorn portion of the sight, at the very least.

Anyone have or know a source for these sights? I checked on the auction side without any luck, and the Marlin website was unhelpful.

Both Numrich and Brownell have the part I need, although Brownell is almost a couple of buck cheaper ($6.24 vs $8.15)

Don't need the whole rear sight, just the folding leaf portion. As to how the carbine got that way, well....that's probably a story best told in General Discussion, rather than here in Ask The Experts! [:)]

  If your rifle is older the Numrich sights may or may not fit your rifle the right way to give you the right point of aim. I would try to find someone who has the sight on their rifle to comment. I had a real problem with getting the right sights for the Model 39 I ended up sending back and forth and never got a set of sights I liked or that would work properly when sighting inn the rifle. There are two Marlin sites you can visit on line you can get further input there.
