tasco (lynx) stud bases need rings

i bought a remington 700 from a benchrest guy that has these bases on it.they are the older tasco steel bases made by lynx that use the stud that stands up in the middle of the base. where can i find a set of tall or med rings too fit these bases? or should i just start over with new bases and rings? thanks
