Scene from True Grit
In the big scene where Rooster pulls out his Winchester and flips it around I say the round would be thrown from the gun. My buddy says centrifical force would hold it in. I showed him how you can turn a gun over and just dump the loose round out. Who is right? (Steak dinner fiding on the answer)

I'm with your buddy. The force and speed of the spin would prevent the round from falling out of the chamber.

I can see the amusement value, but to try this with a real gun and real ammo is:
a. Highly unsafe,
b. Likely to damage the gun, and
b. Unless your non-shooting arm has been disabled, probably not tactically sound either.0 -
