Shipping Old BULLZ-I Exploding Targets?
I bought out an Estate and in the ammo cabinet I find these boxes, several of the old BULLZ-I Targets By J.G.Dapkus Co. Says on box it's a Class C explosive. Looked at the UPS website and didn't find and answer I could make sense of. So, here I am. What do you think/know about these??
Thanks for any and all input.

Dapkus stopped making these about 5 years ago. I just picked up a box and half today. 0 -
they are sensitive to shock they can be detonated by a 22,,they stopped making them for that reason cause of shipping..this is why you see the 2 part binary targets for rimfire and center fire 0 -
So do you think I would be OK listing them Here on GunBroker and shipping them in a nicely padded box? 0 -
Do you have a license to ship HAZ-MAT materials?
Are you prepared to pay a 1/4 million plus in fines and damages if anything happens while they are in transit?
You bought them, you shoot them.0 -
They would most likely have to be shipped as class 3 explosives. In order to ship class 3 explosives one must have to attend a hazardous shipping class and then show proof of attending the class to UPS or Fed/Ex at the time of shipping. Other wise if you try and ship these any other way and some thing goes wrong plan on some jail time and probably your wages for the rest of your life. 0
