Cabela's Pine Ridge Tactical 17 HMR Scope
does anyone have any tips for sighting in this scope...do i have to loosen the allen screws on the turrets for any reason? i just got this second hand mounted on a savage 93R17...please help, thanks!

The proper way to sight in is the same as with any other scope. Have the yardage set to the distance you are using to sight in.
After the scope is sighted in, loosen the set screws and set the index marks to zero and tighten. You can then dial the yardage and hold dead on the target.0 -
Somehow a tactical scope on a .17HMR just does not compute. The scope on my model 93 is sighted in for 100 yards, but unlike my centerfires sighted for 2.5" high at 100, the 93 is sighted for 1" high at 100. 0 -
I am with HE DOG. There is no other word that has sold more guns and firearm related products then TACTICAL [V] and no word that means less[:o)] What Navy Seal unit is issued a 17HMR 0
