Winchester Model 52 D Rifle

I am the owner of a Winchester Model 52 Rifle. Its serial number is 105666D. It is in pretty good shape, but not excellent. I have the original strap and it has a sight on it but I am not sure if its original.
Could anyone help me determine the value of this gun? Thanks very much.
