Help ID a revolver

    Due to the perspective of the photo it's hard to positively identify. But it appears to be one of the inexpensive Saturday night special type .22 revolvers that date to the 60's/70's time frame. Most were made in what was then West Germany but there was at least one U.S. manufacturer of them also. They sold in the $20 to $30 dollar range, during that time frame.

    The video of this 89 yr old Des Moines woman demonstrating how she stopped a burglar with the gun is available at CNN.com. The sight has not "worked loose", what you are seeing on this forum photo is the ejector grip. In the video the sight is clearly visible. Given the appearance of the grips, the revolver might be a Rohm.
