I also have a seguine that my dad got me when we lived in Juneau Alaska back in 1968. I understand he died shortly after. We maybe two of the only people left that have them because in my travels I have only found one other person that had heard of them. He is a custom knife maker named Mike Mooney of Mooney Custom Knives in Queen Creek Az. I think my dad paid like one hundred dollars each for four knives. They had a 5" blade and my dads had a ivory handle, my first brothers had walnut, my second brothers had teak I think, and mine has Cherrywood. I asked Mike for a value and he said maybe $400 ea. I think its more worth about $1000.00. But with the rarity facter we should be able to set our own price. Then again its only worth what you can sell it for.
