Does anyone know if the barrels are interchangeable between the two ?

Don't completely understand what you mean? Do you mean 76 action on a 66?

No sir I mean a 66 barrel on a 76 . The 66 is a semiauto and the 76 is a lever action . If I can install the 66 barrel on the 76 I'll have a fairly valuable rifle for a very modest investment !
