winchester 94?
i have been in search for a winchester 94 pre 64 receiver. my receiver has a crack in it that is unrepairable[V][xx(][:(]. any guidance or direction regarding this matter is much appreciated. thankyou.

hello all. once again i am asking to see if anyone can provide info on where one might find a replacement winchester 1894 receiver(pre 64). the rifle i own was purchased used a few years ago and developed a crack in its receiver that is unrepairable. my guess is that this fine rifle's previous owner did not properly care for it and mistreated it. i am hoping to restore it to its former glory. to reitterate, any info as to where i might locate a receiver would be very appreciated. thankyou. are you sure the action is not repairable? i have had some repairs done by a man that teaches tig welding at the local college, and have been amazed by what he can do. 0
