Cryo Gunbarrel, Receiver.

Do I have to use a FFL dealer to ship and receive my barrel and receiver for a cryogenic process? I am not transferring ownership, just having the rifle improved.

    You can ship to a Gunsmith and he can ship back No FFL required on your end. You can ship via U.S.P.S. . Make sure it is packed REALLY well and insure. Dont send it in the stock if all you are having done is CYRO treatment. Stocks are what gets damaged the most in shipping.
