FN Hi Power date

I have an FN Hi Power, serial # 44550, all #'s match on barrel, slide, and frame. It appears to have all the correct proofs, and is in about 85% condition. It also has another # on the right side of the frame, behind the grip, that matches the magazine. can anyone tell me the date of manufacture, and value?
