When Justice Stevens leaves we have 2 Jews and 6 Catholic Judges on Supreme Court...
Stevens was the last Protestant on the Big Court.

  I'm gonna say "devout" Atheist/Agnostic. They may claim some affiliation but it will be more smoke & mirrors.

  Aw Come on .... you know that you want to say "Muslim". But a moot issue isn't it? Supreme court justices can't have any belief's or preconceived anything ........ can they? I mean, you know that every case that they take on is judged biased (did I spell that right?) purely on it's own merit's. These people are the salt of the earth.

  Gawd I hope that wasn't taken seriously ......... but with this POTUS and his kissing cousin's atmosphere about him .. it wouldn't surprise me in the least bit to have him try and, along with the media, push one through. Classic 'we got to show the faith and accept them into the fold' and gee wouldn't it make us shine to the rest of the world.
