Cheaper Recoil Reducer
This is suggestion and not a question. I bought a NEF turkey shotgun. I remember the recoil from dad's Win 37 when I was a teenager. I knew that NEF uses a metal rod in the stock screw hole.
I found out that a 3/4" copper pipe was a close fit. I cut a piece and put a cap on and filled it within about 3/8". After cooling the cap slipped off. Drill a small screw hole in the 3/8" area. You use a small screw to hold the rod in the stock screw hole and replace the butt plate or recoil pad. If the rod is a bit small, wrap some electicsl tape around the rod until it no longer rattles
