ITHACA 37 FEATHERLIGHT DATE MADE?

WITHOUT having to buy a COMPLETE book on the subject of Ithaca guns, where can I learn the date of manufacture of a nice 37 Featherweight 12ga I'm thinking of buying?

  You can post the serial number here and some one will be along to tell you, or you can try the "stickey" near the top of ATE page. (For some reason, I can't open the Ithaca part right now.)

  Thanks, Ambrose. I had the same trouble with those Ithacagun URLs on that sticky. I'll just check with Bert. He may have the answer since he posted those.
