Winchester 70 Coyote Light Caliber?

I'm interested in this gun either in 22-250 or 243? what is range with these calibers? Is it too big or small for coyotes/bobcats/prairie dogs? On plusis that 243 could be used for deer/antelope. Let me know what you think?

  I'm interested in this gun to shoot predators and or varmints. Would you buy 22-250 or 243? What is my effective range with them? Also what is your experience with this gun?   If you just want to varmant hunt I would go with a .223cal. The bullets are cheaper. But for all around use get the 22-250
