Whats the difference between the 110 and the 11f?

    I was given 3 Savage Rifles from a friend several years ago. I basically have no need for these because I do not collect them nor do I hunt. I believe they would be more appreciated by someone who collects Savage Rifles. Can someone direct me in the right direction to sell these and possibly give me an estimated value on the following:
    1. .284 win s/n 1139**** Lever action/ Letters SP in a cirlce/ Monte Carlo Stock/ finish is cracking
    2. .358 s/n 1038*** Lever action/ has a letter R/ some scratches on stock
    3. .22-250 s/n c466*** is on the stock, but seems to has an aftermarket barrel from a gunsmith
    I would appreciate input from anyone

    No but riflebasix makes a drop in replacement, as does SSS.

    There is also a post on rimfirecentral in the savage section about doing trigger work.

    cause maost stock triggers are less than acceptable and have little to no adjustment. This is one reason the rem700 has such a following, their triggers are adjustable for pull, creep, and sear engagement.

    The new AccuTriggerT utilizes a receiver with milling cuts specific to this trigger group application. Savage rifles that are currently produced with the Savage AccuTriggerT will not accept aftermarket triggers. These rifles are 2003 and later Varmint and Law Enforcement models. The AccuTriggerT can not be retrofitted to earlier Model 110 and 10 rifles. Rifles produced without the AccuTriggerT will accept aftermarket replacement triggers.

    I replaced the factory trigger in my Savage 111F in .300 WM (purchased in 1992) with RB. It is set at 1.5 lbs and very happy with it.

    umm, no it doesn't The receiver for accutrigger guns is different then the receiver for non accutrigger guns.

    There are plenty of aftermarket adjustable triggers on the market for the older Savage rifles. I bought an old single shot 112 varmint and put in a Basix from Brownells.

    I think the Accutrigger is OK, but a bit over rated. It's clean enough but I like the pull a bit lighter on target rifles, there's no adjustment for overtravel either.
