convert model 94 to pistol grip

Anyone out there ever convert a straight gripped Winchester Model 94 to a pistol grip? other than swapping out the bottom tang and lever, what else ought to be done? Please advise.

  I am fairly sure That is what a Model 64's configuration is Why not just sell the 94 and buy a 64
