Info on gunsmith Tiny Feemster?

A friend of mine recently bought a rifle supposedly built by a custom rifle builder named Tiny Feemster, around 1975.
He has been trying to find out any information about this gentleman. He believes he is/was from Kansas.
My limited computer skills were not able to find anything either.
So how about guys, does anyone here have any knowledge about this person, and his work?
