Spanish shotgun choke designation

I have an old Spanish made shotgun, SXS, and the chokes designation is stamped on the bottom of the barrels as 17.4 and 17.9. What does this mean? Thanks Mark

  I believe that it's the Metric dimensions of the barrel choke(s). 17,4 would most like be Full Choke, and 17,9 Modified.
