Loose old side by side

I have a very good looking spanish side by side. The action has a slight wiggle. How can this be fixed and about how much is the cost?

  Tightening a double gun is an art being lost by the minute. The Europeans teach it in their gunsmithing schools but this type of shotgun is more prevalent there.
  
  What needs to be done is in two parts:
  
  The locking bolt may need to be built up and ground.
  
  The hinge pin may need to be built up or replaced completely.
  
  On some shotguns, both actions may need to be take depending on the degree of movement.
