I was rolling rifles around in my pea brain which one.I just saw pictures of the new Heym on another forum $9500,A Dumoulin for $7600,a Dakota for $5500 all in 416 Rigby. Then I found what AHR can do with those CZ rifles. Get a double square bridge built just like you want for about $4000. They probably wouldn't have the resale of the others but I tend to keepum all anyhow. I'm sold, calling Wayne tommorow.

Instead of being lazy and asking "what's AHR?" I looked it up. I could see spending a few $$$ there. I have the 550 in 416 Rigby and a full stocked 20" carbine in 9.3X62 - only thing I don't like are the trigger and smallish bolt. The CZ triggers are OK, but a set trigger on the 416 is kind of a waste and having the set option, I think, results in a mushy (sorry, tech term [;)]) single stage.

The 416 is a fine round, since the 416 Remington is around there are a few more bullets out there. I lucked into 3 boxes of Woodleigh 400 grainers for $20.00 each because the gun store figured "no one shoots a 416".
