Login problem -- Please help

The last few days I can not log on but can still post.
When I log on there is a screen that says "there is a problem with this website's security certificate. "
" We recommend that you close this cwebpage and do not continue to this website"
*click here to close this webpage.
*Continue to this website (not recommended).

Can ayone help me.

  It is a problem with your computer. Go to TOOLS/INTERNET OPTIONS/SECURITY/INTERNET & change the setting, or phone your Internet Service Provider.
