one slam dunk way to to figure trajectory, if you have acess to, or know someone willing to chronograph your ammo through your firearm, is fire a three shot string, record the fps velocities, take an average of the three shot velocities then find the ballist coefficent for your particular projectile. ballist coefficents can be found in most any reloading book and probably online if you know where to look. next step is type in biggameinfo.com and open up the ballistics table. insert your information in the approiate boxes, press calculate, and shazam, you have most all the dope you need to get rolling. i prefer to tape a sized down chart on the bell of my scope for eazy reference. depending on your application, either you use a range finder or work at estimating ranges to aid in makeing more precise placements of your bullet. good luck and have fun.
