S&W 380. Mdl32-1
Where can I find the DOM (Serial #7569x) for this nickel plated 2" pistol? I can only find the spread dates of 1960/1974.

Your revolver is known to S & W collectors as the .38/.32 Terrier. It fires the .38 Smith & Wesson revolver cartridge, not the .380 ACP cartridge. With the serial number prefix "R", it dates to the 1970-73 time frame. In nickel plate it's a very uncommon revolver. Take care of it, as it would have considerable collectors value in the future. 0 -
Your S&W32-1 was probably made in 1971. S&W discontinued them in 1974. The 38S&W ammo is very hard to find for it. 0
