Holster for full size auto
Looking for advice on a nice holster, something tight to the body, (but NOT IWB or a shoulder rig) for my S&W model 659.
Also, a tactical thigh type, too.
This is a heavy gun, and I need something that won't sag off my belt. I've looked at a few on-line and some look OK, but it's hard to tell which ones break down and sag. I thought maybe someone here has some practical experience they can relate.
Any suggestions? I'd be willing to pay up to $100.00 but that's a stretch.

It would be best if you can go somewhere, ie gunshop, cabellas, gander mt., ect and actually see one in the flesh to better determine if it rides well, ect. I've been very happy with a Galco Fletch (high ride, fbi cant) MidwayUSA shows one for $73.99 but you may find them for less elsewhere About $60 to 75. Look also at DeSantis, Bianci, Safariland and others. Check also Sportsman's Guide, CheaperThanDirt, Natchez. The reason for so many holsters is just one or two won't fit everyone's purpose, body build, taste, ect. 0 -
When you find the holster you want, remember to see if the belt you wear will hold it. You might need to get a belt made for wearing a heavy gun. Check the belts made by the holster makers. 0
