I have a model 16 Savage 243 cal. syn. stock, stainless action and barrel. It is topped with a Simmons Aetec 2.8x10x44. The gun and scope are in excellent condition. It is a left handed action. What can I expect/ask for this gun. Thanks for your input. [8D]

Well Ma'am, it looks like you're new to the site. This is a wonderful location to find out information and values. Nambu is correct in the pricing of the old revolver you have. That specific company offered firearms but they were never collectable, thus the value is next to nothing. If you look on the auction side of this website, you can see for yourself. Below is a link to an auction for one of these revolvers which is nearing completion and the seller set a minimum bid at less than $50.00.

If it looks like it is in really nice shape without much loss of finish and with stocks which are not cracked or worn you might get $75 on a good day at a gun show. If it looks like most of the ones out there then the fifty bucks quoted by Nambu is about the upper limit.
