30-06 AP questions
This 30-06 Black Tip AP ammo is marked T W 5 4. I'm assuming it was made in 1954, but what does T W mean? Also, is it corrosive? How much is it worth? I had a Garand a while back and loaded it all into the Enblocks that i had. Is this ammo accurate? Is there any way to know it if was designed for MG use or rifle use? Also, what is the difference between red tip and orange tip in 30-06?

One of the two tracers (I don't remember which) starts the burn when the round is further downrange, and is less intense. Nicknamed the 'night' tracers.
Your AP should be more accurate than period ball due to the bullet weight.

F-6 you need to look at what 3006 AP is selling for [:0] Just the bullets are going for a $1 each. I got $1.50 for some AP a year and half ago [;)] 0
