    Your best bet would be a site called antique guns, or something similar? you can find it by GOOGLEing. They have a very active board devoted to antique firearms, with many knowledgeable collectors with years of experience. If any body can help you with the Volcanic, it would be one of them.

    I know of someone who BUILT several modern copies of Volcanic Pistols & Rifles. He has posted descriptions & pictures of his work on another forum, under the screen name "Charlie". I will post a direct link to his discussion:

    ...and, hopefully, it will not be erased.

    While his work is a modern interpretation of the Volcanic guns, and they shoot shortened modern ammo, he did have to study the original leverguns to get his plan together. Good luck, Ed.[;)]
