Mauser Anti-tank rifle

I have an opportunity to pick up what is, I think, a Mauser anti-tank rifle. The seller has one complete weapon and parts from another two. He's willing to sell all of them.

Is this legal to own?

    These are chambered in the 13 X 69SR cartridge, which makes them slightly larger than the fifty caliber Browning Machine Gun cartridge (12.7mm) and a Destructive device by definition. It should have been registered during or prior to the November 1968 amnesty and if it was not it cannot be registered now.

    Umm Mark, that's 13x92 SR
    The last ammo for them was loaded in 1918 (ammo runs in the $60-100ea range)
