    Hi CP,

Wow, that is a tall order. To the best of my knowledge, most second and third world countries are dictatorships, or communistic nations that fear private ownership of any firearms. However, New Zealand comes to mind. I can relate to your ideals. It used to be America...the home of the brave and free. Now it is America...urning to become the next third world country.

I've given this some thought myself. I though I was wacko, but I guess not. Not sure about New Zealand. I am going to Costa Rica in May, will be checking it out. I know a lot of US citizens retire in Costa Rica now, cost of living cheap and friendlier to US than any other Central American country I know of.

BTW, I don't want to go. I will always have options. Expect the best, plan for the worst. If and only if our leaders would follow the Constitution and Bill of Rights. Also some fiscal control would help too.
