ID 30-06 cartridges

My buddy has some old .30-06 laying around and I want to see if I can shoot them in my M1 Garand. I dont think any are corrosive, but I would like to know what grain they are.

"Western Sprg"
"Sprg FC"
"R-P"
"Winchester Sprg"
"Super-speed Sprg" (is this a 220 grain?)

If any of these turn out to be fireable in a Garand, are they also reloadable?

  all reloadable but i would not shoot any past 168gr bullet

  All those companies loaded their "30-06 Springfield" ammo with bullets ranging form 150 to 220gr, so there is no way to tell what bullet they used from the headstamp.

  do NOT shoot any of these in an m-1 garand, commercial ammo is loaded HOTER than mil m-2 ball and can damage the rifle. If you must use commercial ammo get an adjustable gas plug.
