Winchester model 12 shipping carton

I have a Winchester model 12 shipping carton.I was wondering if anyone could help futher identify extra markings ? The label has several hand written #s and smeared stampings. I do have pics of the label and box both inside and out, but unable to post these pics (not computer literate)on this site. I will do the best I can to describe .
Label reads:
1st line> One WINCHESTER3052-562-5509(hand written #s) in upper RH corner,

G 12SPVW (G & SPVW are hand written ) 2nd line> MODEL 12 PiG????? (PiG is smeared stamping)
3rd line> Hammerless Repeating Trap Gun
4th line> 12 Gauge 30" Barrel
5th line> Full Choke
6th line> New Winchester Ventilated Rib No. 1925xxx (serial#)
Label is Yellow in color.
Any help would be appriciated

  This is what it should look like? Hand written stuff could be anything, you can see on this label the store wrote "On Display".

  Thanks to the both of your for reply.
  The pic sent by Cartod looks to be the same label except to left of the 12 is the letter G, and to the right of the 12 the #96 has been erased w/ written letters SPVW. I offered and Bert H. accepted some pics , he may post them for me.
  The packaging inside the carton; looks like the gun was nicely packaged in cardboard and newspaper.
