pics of carl neuenhaus's cannon continued
hear are the pics of his cannon that he sent me, looks exactly like the one someone showed a pic of in the other thread. the first picture looks like a different cannon but he may have refinished it or something. i told him i would post these here for him so you guys could have another go at it.

The carriage was recently fabricated out of cyprus. The first photo was made approximately one year ago. The bore is 2 1/4 inch and the barrel is approximately three foot long (lesser) I appreciate the input, cneuenhaus@aol.com 0 -
The shape and contour of the barrel is that of a mountain howitzer. The naval carriage is wrong for a mountain howitzer.
The carriage is made out of Cyprus the country or cypress wood?
Barrel may well be one of Obdiah's products.0 -
As I said, the barrel was made by Hern Iron Works, www.hernironworks.com
These barrels were sold by Dixie Gun Works for years. It is copy of a mountain howitzer on a naval carriage.0
