Sound suppressor for walther ppk 380

Now I know that this is one of those topics that some are very relunctant to talk about. however, we are a legal class III dealer so my queston is as follows. I have a customer that wants a small suppressor for his Walther PPK that is chambered in 380. Now I know that he will need to get a 9mm suppressor, but I am having a problem in finding threaded barrels for the Walthers. Does anybody know where I might be able to find one. Any help would be great. Thanks

    Why is it reluctant to talk about here? There is a post that is an NFA FAQ posted on top of this thread.

    Now for the question I dont know of a source for threaded barrels for these, it is probably going to have to be a custom job. Here is a good place that does custom work, http://www.tornado-technologies.com/services.html

    There are also some companies that make semi custom compact 9mm cans for use with the smaller pistols.

    I see you say "dealer" & not "repair facility".

    Are you prepared for the customer to come back & complain, "Hey, it doesn't function right!"? Even without a suppressor, PPK's are picky about the ammo used & the spring strength; add in the difficulty of obtaining any specific .380 load today, the customer's request for a "small" suppressor, & you may be sorry you got into this one.
