Making 20 Vartag from 17 Fireball?

Would it be possible to just neck up 17 Fireball to make 20 Vartag? Easier than necking down 221 Fireball, I think because I would not have to change the shoulder angle.

  Yes, just neck it up, load and shoot.
  
  You'll probably need to trim and straighten the necks from the stretching over the expander ball.

  should be a lot easier and work better than neck down. seat bullets out to contact.
