Barnes Data for 7mm Rem Mag

I'm testing 150gr triple shocks in my 7mm Rem Mag. On the Barnes website, they only list two powders and I have neither in my stash. I have ordered their reloading manual but can't wait until it gets here. Could any of you guys help me out and give me the starting and max loads with H4831, H1000, and H4350. Thanks for the help.
