    Well for starters, it was actually manufactured by the U.S. Repeating Arms Co. vice Winchester or "A-A Engraving of Rapid City, SD". The non-factory engraving and the gold plating was undoubtedly accomplished by "A-A Engraving".

    With that stated, the first thing that needs to be understood is that a 1994 vintage Model 94 AE is not a "collector" grade gun.

    The potential value of the gun is purely in the eye of the beholder only, or in more simple terms... whatever $$$ amount that someone who is interested is willing to pay for it.

    From a practical standpoint, I would add the cost of the engraving & plating to the price of the gun when it was new, subtract 10%, and hope someone is interested in it at that price.

    Show us a pic. They are still doing these guns for any number of special events. Just met with them last week on a number of guns we want done.
