REPR Question

How is it that DPMS has a REPR rifle? Isnt that a trademarked name held by LWRC. Also what is the difference?

  I think the DPMS gun is DGI, I have only seen a prototype...
  
  REPR might be a platform concept, like DMR Or SPR.
