Legal to ship 50+ year old rifles to 03 FFL

is it legal to ship across state lines 2 rifles; one is an SKS the other is a Rem 513T. Both shipped to Curios & Relics FFL holder.

Yes as long as they are 50 years old or older and in the original configeration and there are no local or state laws prohibiting it.

Does the specific rifle only have to be 50+ years or does the class of rifle have to be out of production for 50+ years? Also doesn't the 03 FFL have to be buying it for himself? And not having the rifle shipped to him but someone else is buying it?

The specific gun has to be 50+. And if some one else (not the C&R guy) is buying it; then, NO. That takes a regular FFL.
