It appears that the ejector is missing.

What does the ejector look like on this gun?

I have sent you an Email with the schematic. Part No. 18. Hope it helps. Should be in the lower left slot in the bottom of the bolt. Held in place by screws in the receiver. Have a good day.

Thanks for your help on this? Is this part readily available and is it an easy fix?

Check the parts on GB. The 510,511,513, and 521 all use the same part.

Item 41 is listed as the ejector and should work in your 513. There is another style of ejector listed under the 510 which indicates it is threaded. Not sure if there is any real difference, they are the same price.

The part appears to be "in common" with the other models listed and is item 41 on all the series schematics. Numrich usually lists them under all the models separately, but they've recently updated their website so perhaps that detail has changed.

This should be a simple procedure. I'd suggest making certain the screws you have work properly before ordering the ejector only, you don't want to order the part then find out a screw is stripped and have to order a $2.00 screw with $6.00 freight. Once you have the parts just back out the screws, attach the ejector and you're done. You may have to do a bit of adjusting to set for positive ejection, but it seems like a very simple fix.

The one for the 510 is different, it's the one that is threaded. The screw threads directly into it from the receiver because the 510 doesn't use a rear receiver insert as does the magazine fed models 511 & 513; on these the screw goes through the ejector and threads into the rear receiver insert. Looks like that one is missing alltogether, better check and make sure the receiver screws are all there/their.
