i have p38 ac40 allserial no. match serial no are in the 33oob area ex. shape. i live ohio pa border any idea of avalue.holster and two clips

  adam8....welcome to the GB Forum. Hard to tell what you have and what it is worth w/o good photos. Same with the holster. A super good condition P38 holster, correctly Waffen marked could bring $200+. If you can't do photos, go over both the pistol and holster and tell us every mark that you can find. Same with the two mags (clips are something that goes in a girl's hair or holds papers together) that you mention. Look over them carefully to find a mark of any kind (correctly Waffen marked P38 mags could go for as much as $100 per depending on condition) and tell us what they are and where. So, help us out and we can give you a pretty realistic figure on what you have. But we already know some things about your Walther (AC) pistol by it's serial number. It is the third variation, made in Nov/Dec 1940, one of @12,400 or so made at that time. So, depending on the variables I mentioned, you could have a "set" worth something to a collector if condition is super. Value could range from $600-$1000+. Hope this helps.
