I live in Florida can I sell an ammo tin with 7.62 x 39 640 rnd to an indivdual in Bakersfield Ca.

  Just got a hold of the department of justice.You can sell ammo of any kind 50 cal. or smaller in Ca. till next year. except in some restricted countys

  Yes, you can ship your 7.62X39 to Bakersfield. Just make sure your buyer is of legal age.
  
  The law that takes effect next year applies only to "handgun" ammo and restricts mail order ammo buying.
