    I'll take either one. The hanging or the execution. Just get rid of the a-holes.

    I guess Im leaning more towards the hanging though. Save a bullet. We are in a budget deficit.

    For example, U.S. courts repeatedly affirmed slavery before it ultimately was rejected.

    Do you suppose that the government's next step in this line of thinking will be to apply the 14th Amendment which calls for the application of all federal laws to the states and the people? If they figure this out then maybe the efforts of states' rights activists are trumped. I am no lawyer, but it is always good to anticipate the next move.
