WHAT IS THE VALUE OF A EXCELLENT CONDITION RUGER 44-MAG CARBINE, MARKED WITH THE 200 YEAR LOGO. IT HAS THE MOST BUEATIFUL BORE I HAVE EVER SEEN ON A RIFLE. A RUGER MAN TOLD ME THAT THEY PUT A SPECIAL BARREL ON THE LIBERTY 44 MAG--IS THIS TRUE?

    No special barrel. Just special marking on the outside of the barrel. If the gun has been fired $450.00. No all caps please.

    SORRY DUCKHUNTER ARTHRITIS AND POOR HAND-CORDINATION MAKE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO USE THE SHIFT BUTTON. I AM NOT "YELLING", JUST TRYING TO COMMUNICATE.

    I sold a run-of-the-mill 44 carbine for $625 a couple years ago, however, it was just after Indiana opened up deer hunting for pistol cartridge rifles and I think that temporarily drove up the local demand.

    Here's one about to sell with a high bid of $425 + shipping. (40 minutes to go as I type this)

    I have a couple of Ruger 22LR semi-autos with the 200 year roll mark on the barrel. I think they did it on all their guns made in 1976.
