Rossi, what year and what its worth?

I can't find when this gun was made or what it might be worth. It is in great condition. 38 special. On the left side of the barrel it has "Amadeo Rossi ? CIA." under that it has " SAO Leopoldo R.S. I measured a 2 1/4 inch barrel? 109443, inside revolver arm L 27. Need help.

  Likely made in the 1960's, before 1968. Rossi's made in 1968 & later will have an import marking.
  
  Looks like a 4" barrel. Measure from the front of the cylinder to the muzzle.
